Pick up and drop off Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays on request.
The handover procedure will take about one hour.
Hirer
from overseas arriving at the airport on the day the rental starts, will
be picked up at the airport not before 7.00 and no later than 20.00 hours.
At the end of rental, transfer (airport shuttle bus) from Mooloolah to the airport is organised and paid for by Easy Life.
Pick up and drop off for domestic flights from and to the Sunshine Coast Airport also available free of charge.
Make sure we have your arrival date, flight number and time. If you stay in a hotel or with friends before collecting the vehicle, please provide us with contact details.

Pick up and drop off strictly only Monday to Friday. No Public holidays.
The hirer will need to make their own way to and from the agency, at their own expense.
Pick up: Please make sure we have your arrival date, flight number and time.
Drop
off: Please make sure we have your departure date, flight number and
time. Call the agency at least five days before returning the vehicle
to arrange a time.
Please dispose of your rubbish BEFORE returning the vehicle, thank you
Vehicles have to be returned no later than 16.00 hours
Vehicle Condition On Return
The vehicle has to be returned with a clean inside, clean equipment. With a clean toilet and empty holding tank. The gas cylinders or methylated spirits bottles have to be full. The fuel tank has to be at the same level as on pick up.
Driver's Licence And Age Limit
A valid national driver's licence is required and is to be produced upon vehicle collection.
If the licence is not in English, an English translation is
required, but the International Drivers Licence is not compulsory.
Minimun age for drivers: 21 years.
Child Restraint And Booster Seats
Easy Life can provide you with child restraints and booster seats. If you decide to bring your own seat, you have to make sure the seat is a certified product with the symbol of the Australian Standards.

You need our GO AHEAD for all repairs . Otherwise you risk your reimbursement. When you call us don't forget to take into account the different time zones in Australia.

answering machine is always on. You can call us day or night if you
have a problem. Leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as
we can.
Remember, we can only help if we know you have a problem.
Fines / Handling Fee
Should Easy Life receive any unpaid parking tickets, speeding ticket or toll notes, we need to forward your home address to the police and debit you a handling fee of AUD 88 (AUD 44, if we can do it online) to your credit card.

The Automobile Club's name is different in every state. Your membership is valid throughout Australia. CALL 1800 648 058 anytime from anywhere for help.
Calls for "out of fuel", to change tyres or towing out of sandy or muddy terrain are NOT free of charge. Minimum charge AUD 88.
